Oliver is a construction professional specialising in housing, building, and planning. He brings over 16 years of industry experience, with a strong background in project management and quantity surveying across a wide range of residential and commercial developments.
His comprehensive understanding of on-site operations, combined with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications in relation to construction programmes, enables him to deliver fair, accurate, and commercially sound pricing of works.
Oliver is a Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and has been serving as the Emerging Wellington Hub Chair, demonstrating his commitment to professional leadership and industry development.

Sunethra brings over 30 years of Quantity Surveying experience across the Asia-Pacific region, including more than 20 years in New Zealand. Her expertise spans Cost Planning, Estimation, Tender Documentation, and Post-Contract Administration. Throughout her career, she has estimated and managed a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential development projects with a combined value exceeding NZ$659 million.
She is a Registered Quantity Surveyor with the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
